Lancaster Gate, W2
Located in one of London’s most prime areas, Lancaster Gate project had exceptional ceiling and space. Recently renovated house, the requirement was to make the house in an eclectic style with all the modern features like underfloor heating, air conditioning, bespoke flooring, customised rooms.
What we did
The living room was incredibly bright but lacked character and features. With bespoke wood flooring, panelled media unit, beautiful fireplace, curated furniture, we transformed the room to one with plenty of character and features.
Master bedroom was given a shaded style, each part was designed to give a bold and beautiful look. Designer Furniture, lighting, accessories were all individually chosen for the room, by giving Presanella wood flooring in prime grade, sheen cabinets, contrasting bespoke wardrobe, the room was oozing with warmth, comfort, and elegance. The ensuite bathroom had the best of everything, seamless entrance, stunning bathroom accessories, beautiful tub, and sink.
The second bedroom had good space with stand-alone wardrobes, cabinets and bed. The challenge was to declutter and create a unique space to accommodate the large wardrobe. By carving a space and making a stylish walk-in wardrobe, with space savvy and organisational accessories and sliding doors we solved the decluttering and enhanced the rooms aesthetics.
Completing the interior design works, walking into the home, the feel was that everything just fits and exists as it should be, a stunning jaw dropping home designed by Zain Interiors.
Residential
Hampstead NW2
Beautiful detached four-bedroom home, with brick walls, age old flooring and a closed fireplace in one of the most sought-after areas of Hampstead. The large entrance and passage lead down into a large reception area that opens out onto the dining. Project was to renovate the Living & Dining room.
What we did
Retaining the character of the Victorian House, the walls were given a shade matching the flooring. The space where the fireplace was removed was given a unique space with a built in fitted cabinet covering floor to ceiling. The flooring was changed to bespoke engineered wood from Trade Flooring’s Wood Range.
The display pieces, furniture and all were chosen individually to the taste of the client’s, and these made an instant impact. Key to bring the dark shades on to the walls and floor is the home’s original features and natural lighting and ceiling height. With unique statement pieces, cultured furniture and exquisite design, the Living room became a state of the art.
For the Dining room, we brought a similar style; dark engineered floor balanced with light wall colours, soft white ceiling, and bespoke cabinet. The dining suite was selected to match the décor making it elegant.
Commercial
Harrods, SW1X
Harrods, the home to the designer brands for fashion, accessories, luxury beauty, fine jewellery, watches, food, furniture, and many more is a department store located on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, London.
What we did
Currently owned by the state of Qatar, the store occupies a massive 5-acre site and has 330 departments covering huge 1.1 million sq ft of retail space. It is one of the largest and most famous department stores in the world!
Harrods 330 Departments each have its own style and panache. When the Dior Department’s part project was given, the challenge was to meet and marry the new identity of the Dior with Harrods. The colour, texture, style all needs to be perfect. Our designers worked with Harrods and different designs and options were discussed, finally came up with a design simple and stunning to both the brands.
Commercial Designs are different from the residential projects. The designs and style are to be timeless, you can give subtle twist and contrast, but overall good to give a softer look. Here, Zain used the style to liven up both Harrods and Dior’s brand.

Elderberry Homes SE23
Elderberry Homes is a growing property developer in the Southeast England, known for its passion in producing finest homes and a thriving living experience. Zain Interiors provided the interiors designs for 4 newly developed flats.
What we did
To enhance the space, space saving furniture and white-washed walls featured in this minimalist apartment in Forest Hill. The apartment builders wanted a clutter-free open-plan interior without any unnecessary decoration or detailing. We focused primarily on the organisation of space and the designs were required to be bespoke. The bespoke fittings were given a minimalist appearance with sleek lines and seamless designs. Bedrooms were given bespoke wardrobes, ensuite bathroom was given built in cabinets, kitchen islands and units were made with built in cupboards. Elderberry Homes wanted to make the home a premium built, and we delivered the flats in premium state.
Concept to completion, we worked with the developers and builders, and this helped to attain the desired homes with the least amount of changes and within budget.
